The Greater Omaha Attendance and Learning Services Center (GOALS) was formed out of the Superintendent Plan after the initial Legislation was created in 2009 (LB 800). The Legislation was revised in 2011 (LB 463), and again in 2012 (LB 933). GOALS was established as a Non-Profit on September 5, 2011.
